MURRYSVILLE CHRISTIAN CONCERN (MC2) and FRIEND'S DINNER
Another successful Friends Kitchen at First Presbyterian Church of Murrysville. With our partners at MC2, we served 250 free dinners to our community, with nearly 100 as a sit down fellowship meal in our Laird Hall facility. This ministry happens the first Wednesday of EVERY month. This month was chili and corn bread. Thanks to the dozen or so volunteers that were there yesterday to make this happen. Pictured are Dan Plance, the Director of MC2, Carolyn Krudwig, our Clerk of Session, Jim Stange, the Chair of the Mission Committee at First Presbyterian, and Rev. Ed Gray, the pastor of First Presbyterian. They're holding a quilt square crafted by our Sewing Circle to be presented to Redstone Presbytery.
